Thanks, Manny! Glad you enjoyed it. Be sure to tell your friends!

Yes, I've been slowly working on the sequel, and sooner or later it'll get done.

For other books, a recommendation: The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly. It's a gem.

Just finally picked up this book to read it about 2 weeks ago and wow, much better than I thought it would be. For some reason, I have never been fond of mystical/fantasy books... after this book, I look forward to reading more of this genre.

Keep up your great work as I look forward to the sequel!

It means a lot to me every time I learn that someone loves what I've written, so thanks for the encouraging words. I have 13 chapters of a sequel written, though it is still in rough draft, and have about 10 more chapters to write. Taking a week off this next week from my regular job, and I plan to get some work done on the sequel during this time.

I don't know of any other deaf novelists or deaf fiction writers. The books I see are usually non-fiction or children's picture books.

Definitely, The Goblin Road wouldn't have happened without my wife's support. And it wouldn't have been as good, either! She was quick to point out, for example, that my original version of the antagonist was a bit too cliche, so I completely reinvented him. She plans to be my editor again on the sequel, once I finish a rough draft.

Stay tuned!

My 16 year old son, Caleb, is loving your book.
I want to send my encouragement to keep going. We are both glad you found your zip drive by your sock!
Would you know of any other deaf published fiction writers we can read until your next one is published?
Special thanks to Katrina as well. Without you it sounds like we probably wouldn't have had the pleasure of reading The Goblin Road.

I am a profoundly deaf writer like you are. I am trying to find a way to contact you. I have a few things to say about the book you wrote as well as some questions. Thanks! :-)
